Early November... He still has a lot to do to perfect the rosters... I take the lidinator as a perfectionist.Hensel wrote:Okay, if thats the case then Lidas...when is the predicted release date?
Will you be packing like 12 hours into a day of updating or just a few?
I know its a question thats been asked a bunch of times but its getting so near the end that I just wanna hear one more time

To Prowl, JTavaresNYI09, Hensel and all others who are asking and begging:
Let Lidas alone. I nominate you all to do the facepacks especially you Prowl. Thanks for bringing up what others are thinking. It is not xmas yet, quit asking and put your talents to use. Get busy tracking down photos to make facepacks with. You could take this as a joke but you might want to think again. What can you add? For the sake of the group get out of the backseat, quit asking are we there yet and make facepacks.
Seriously!

I've got a full time job, a wife, and a kid... I doubt that I can manage more than one team a day.Hensel wrote:Okay, if thats the case then Lidas...when is the predicted release date?

Umm. I've already started looking and if no one had offered, I was going to see what I could do. I haven't been whining and begging - in fact, I've been saying that Lidas should take as much time as needed. I just wanted to know that if no one was doing facepacks, I could help with that process that's allmarkiemark66 wrote:To Prowl, JTavaresNYI09, Hensel and all others who are asking and begging:

Okay, how about we all back off from any more "When is it going to be done" type posts. I know if I were the one doing the update, I'd get sick and tired of hearing that type of stuff and wouldn't want to do it anymore. So if we're not offering up research info, how about we sit back and be patient.

I agree, but if I'm asking a question out of curiosity, I should not be lambasted the way markiemark did to me. I found his post a little insulting when I have always been supportive of timeframes.
Anyhow - if there is anything else that needs to be done Lidas, I can help. I'm working on gathering pictures for WHL facepacks in the meantime

Gosh Prowl it was nothing personal. It wasn't all you. I don't feel I was lambasting, it was more like a caustic statement. However context is hard to gain from the internet. My intention was to call to light the futility in people repeatedly asking when the project will be done.
I have noticed in life that the ones who ask that question tend to not be involved on the project and hopefully want to be. If they want to be, well put them to work. If not they can be quiet.
I was making that connection and encouraging you all to join in the work. I meant no offense.

Thanks for volunteering, but it might be too difficult if you havent tried it before. I know that you are eager to help out, so what do you say about researching the Slovakian league for version 2.1 (since you are from Slovakia). What you need to do is fill out the pages in THIS FILE. What you need to do is explained on the first tab called "Instructions". As I have already done the abilities, you dont need to do anything with the first 4 tabs (General settings and the ones starting with CA).Mortex wrote:I can do that two teams Lidas but have one problem I have never do that:)))So if you can give me few advices I can be usefull because I also want to play 2.0 database:)))))

i have done prospects many times for ehm when im updating my rosters every year (before u so kindly started doing it for us all),and when im updating my rosters for ea sports hockey games, and i always use hockeyfutures.com.i think i may have a bit of a different system then u,but however u'd like me to do it,i will.i use a system that actually integrates the lettering as well as the numbering,i will post how i do it,i have the system actually on my other computer,so i'll post this, then shut down, plug in my other computer, flash drive the file, and post it on here in a couple minutes

also for all goalies i add .5 to their number and use the same table. are there any teams that still need doing?
