When uploading files to the server…

When uploading files to the server, please ensure that the file you upload does not have any spaces in its filename. If there are spaces in the file’s name then users will encounter problems when trying to download your file (it will not download with the correct file extension). Replace any spaces with either an underscore or a dash. For example: “North_American_Facepack.zip” and “North–American–Facepack.zip” are both acceptable filenames whereas “North American Facepack.zip” is unacceptable because it has spaces in it.
