Premier Pivot Rosters v7.0.0 Beta (2022/23) Released
A public beta of the version 7 Premier Pivot Rosters for 2022/23 is now available on Steam (click here for details)! This is the first beta release of 2022/23 and, as is tradition for previous summers, is a free agent frenzy. As can be seen from the changelist below, this is the biggest pre-season update ever! Thanks as always to xECK29x and his many helpers who keep the game alive!

General Updates:
- Updated rosters for most, if not all, human playable and affiliated leagues.
- Updated financials DB wide for new data based on: https://2112hockeyagency.com/projected- … 2021-2022/
- Thanks to Amc74 for helping with goalie statistics collection!!
- Some leagues don’t have Olympic schedules yet, will work on those later in the year
International Updates:
- Updated offset start years for next World Cup (2024) and Olympic stages (2025/2026)
- Updated IIHF scores from results of last year
- Updated club and league histories around the world (mainly leagues that are human playable)
- Updated Olympic and World Cup scheduling
- Updated clubs for Champions Hockey League and Continental Cup

NHL Updates:
- Raised cap to 82.5m
- Updated top-end financial asks for Superb and Star reputation players
- Added 2022-23 schedule including All-Star Game
- Added 2022 Entry Draft class
- Updated attendance figures
- Updated award histories and criteria for Mark Messier NHL Leadership Award — thanks Amc74!!
- Significant draft prep done for 2023, and added/updated notable players for 2024, 2025 and 2026 classes
- New Prospect Generator sheet created for this season built on the latest version. Includes lots of higher quality staff which should improve longer term sim quality.
- Generated prospect facepack by NPF to be updated as well.
- Updated staff for all clubs, including some AHL staff, will refresh again during training camp/start of season
- Greatly improved quality of scouts and Chief/Head/Directors of Scouting stand out more and make great future AGM/GM candidates
- This change in particular seemed to greatly change the way the AI operates; they are using the trade block much more effectively and making better/more frequent trades and signing then buying out less junk players! Interested to get player feedback and see if you experience the same!
- I plan on doing similar improvements to coaches later in the summer
- Greatly improved quality of scouts and Chief/Head/Directors of Scouting stand out more and make great future AGM/GM candidates
- Set “preferred roles” for all NHL staff so they stay along their expected job path (you won’t have Head Coaches becoming GMs) — thanks flinch!!
