Today is the day EHM 2005 is released in North America! Also being released today is the patch for the European version of EHM. The update includes a roster update (rosters updated as of the last week of August) and the NHL rule changes (such as the salary cap). In order to improve the accessibility and organisation of the forums, we have merged several existing forums and we have created several new forums. The Good Players Forum, Tactics and Training Forum and the Guides Forum have merged to form the EHM Knowledge Forum. This name is subject to change. Three new forums have been created in order to accommodate the growing number of competitions and other forms of user interaction that we are introducing. The past month or so have been uncertain times for EHM users looking for a place to call home. Your former moderating crew at ‘Susie’ have been working to change that for good. Most of the files have been moved over to Susie; those which haven’t yet will be in the near future. The forums are also now on Susie rather than here. So, if you haven’t already signed-up at Susie, do so now!
It’s official! The TBL team has joined forces with Sortitoutsi.net! Sortitoutsi (aka Susie), probably the best-supported and most professional Football Manager site, has branched out into EHM. Both webmasters of TBL (Archibalduk and Octavian) have joined Sortitoutsi and are running the EHM section of the site. This means that all of the content will be moved over to the Susie server over the coming days and weeks – in fact some of the files already been moved accross. Regen List – by Peter10This spreadsheet lists around 800 NHL players’ attributes which can be used to compare to regens. Regen players keep certain attributes of the player they replace so then it is possible to find out who the regen has replaced. NHL: EHM Patch 1.0.7 – by SI GamesReleased ages ago but for some reason was never added to the site! In other news, I’ve finished copying all of the download statistics from the old site. Now that the new-look design has been completed, the old site has been deleted. RIP TBL v2!
The new style forum-based TBL site is now finished (apart from a few final touches). Rather than having a seperate site and forum, we have put them together within a ‘Portal’. This means that everything is accessible from one central page. Users can see what the latest news and forum topics are, as well as the latest cool pics and files to be uploaded from the Portal. The site has become a lot more user-friendly, especially the cool pics section (found under “Album” in the Navigation Menu) which now allows registered users to upload their own cool pics. The cool pics have now been moved to the Album section of the Portal.In order to view the cool pics, go to the Portal site, click on Album which is located in the Navigation menu on the left of the screen and then click on Cool Pics. Anybody can view the pictures but only those who have registered with the forum can rate pictures or leave comments. Also, the way in which new cool pics are submitted has been changed. We’re currently in the process of moving all of our downloads from our “old” download section to our new Portal downloads section. So far, 71 of the 141 files have been added to the database. There are also two more files to be added which weren’t in the old database. Once this has been done, we’ll edit all of the files’ download statistics so it will still be possible to count how many times each file has been downloaded.
